To perform a Power & Command Ritual, write down the name of your target or situation you wish to have power over. Then write your own name directly on top of this so your name is covering theirs. Place the petition face up and take 1 Power and Command Tea Lights and place it on top of this. Next, take four tea lights and place each one in one of the four directions (N,S,E,W) surrounding your petition. When ready light your candles and state your intention or recite Psalm 23 or 62.
